JIDE AWE - Managing Director / CEO
Mr Jide Awe graduated with B.Sc. & Being (Double Degrees) Enhanced
Honours (Second Class Upper Division) in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering, from Loughborough University of Technology, England,
in July 1983. He has over 22 years experience in the Computer and
Telecommunications industries. He is a Full member of several Professional
Organizations such as the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the
Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and the Computer Professionals
Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).
He
is the Founder / CEO of Jidaw
Systems Limited that has been providing Training, Consulting, Career
and Internet Content services for the IT and Telecom industry in
Nigeria since it was established in 1995. He
is in addition the Publisher of Jidaw.com, Nigeria�s first
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Website and
information base that focuses on Career, Solutions and Developmental
issues.
He is presently a Resource person for Nigeria�s ICT For Development (ICT4D) Strategic
Action Plan (2005 -2008) Committee, a federal government team tasked
with the formulation and development of a roadmap for the
implementation of the Nigerian ICT Policy.

CHIEF T. O.
ADEGBOYE Chairman
Chief T. O. Adegboye (FCA, FCCA) is an Administrator with over 40
years experience in the Conglomerate and Finance. He is a Chartered
Accountant, and a Fellow of several Accounting Institutions in Nigeria
and abroad. He worked for 29 years at UAC Nigeria PLC in various capacities
and divisions. His experience spans major divisions in UAC such as
Group Textiles, AT&P, EMS, BEAM, GOTTSCHALKS and Treasury, where
he held such positions as Chief Accountant, AT&P, Commercial Manager,
BEAM, General Manager, EMS, General Manager, Gottschalks, Group Treasurer.
He was Finance Director of UAC Nigeria PLC until his retirement in
April 1991.
He was also a
non-executive Director of UNIC PLC from June 1986 to December 1991.
He is presently a Director of BDO Consulting LTD and a Director of
Royal Exchange Assurance PLC, and has investments in several other
companies.
PROFESSOR BOLANLE
AWE - Director
Professor Bolanle Awe is a Historian and Administrator with many years
experience in the Academic, Private and Government fields. She lectured
for several years at the Universities of Lagos and Ibadan and attained
the position of Director of the Institute of African Studies, University
of Ibadan.
She was Commissioner
of Education in the former Western State, and also a Commissioner
of Trade, Industries and Cooperatives in Oyo state (1975-78). She
was the first Chairperson of the National Commission for Women.
She has served
and is still serving in positions on several National and International
organizations such as Chairperson, UNIDO Conference on Women, National
Secretary, National Association of University Women, member, former
Western State Economic Advisory council, Secretary (Western), National
Council of Women's Societies, member, Governing Council, Nigeria Institute
of International Affairs, member, Governing Council, Ondo State University,
member, Board of Trustees, Nigerian National Merit Award, etc.
She was conferred
with the National Honour, Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic
(OFR) in 1982.
